Raw learner notes are no longer held here
Mentor is the only place a participant's own words are stored. Mission Control used to keep a copy so it could count what had been read; that copy has been closed off, and nothing can write learner text into it again.
What reaches you instead is a reviewed pattern card: the shape of a problem and what fixed it, with the person and their words removed in Mentor before it is sent. Every card still needs your privacy review and your approval here before anything acts on it.
What this means for counts
Today no longer reports a “notes nothing has read” figure. It could only ever be computed from the copy that has been withdrawn, and showing a zero there would have claimed an empty backlog rather than a source we deliberately stopped reading.
